Turkey's Tekfen sues Rosneft, BP joint venture for 10 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Dec 28 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court registered an almost 10 billion ruble claim of Turkey's Tekfen Construction and Installation and its Russian affiliate of Tekfen Holding Rusfen against Kharampurneftegaz, a joint venture between Rosneft and BP, on Thursday.

Proceedings on the claim have not started. The grounds of the claim were not disclosed.

Regional media reported earlier that Rusfen was building a pipeline from the Kharampurskoye deposit under a contract with Kharampurneftegaz.
